Pressure-tested welded aluminum header tank pre-drilled for door post mounting, ready for painting. Includes all mounting hardware and clamps for inlets and outlets. This product is also available in right- and left-hand versions, with an option for holes drilled and tapped for our Low Fuel Warning Sensor kit (SLFS 40AK). A close-out panel for the bottom (Links: Version 1 to 4 Fuselage or Version 5 Fuselage) is recommended to avoid catching things on the lower fuel lines.

​INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Rest aft foot on top of 75-F-7. Pick up corresponding fasteners in your doorpost to your Header Tank's Holes.

​Now, the Cleco Header Tank mounting flange to the doorpost of your CH 750 aircraft.

NOTE: Rivets may need to be removed.

​Be sure you have clearance between your Header Tank and the rivet tails coming through the side window and the doubler.
Then scribe and drill a hole for an A4 rivet into the rear Header Tank mounting flange and then Cleco it in place.

STEP 2:

​Drill 7/8" holes in your floor for the 3/8" fuel line that will be run in a straight line from the Header Tank Drain to the sump inlet.
NOTE 1: The hole may require elongation; also do the same for the return line.
NOTE 2: Drill the hole directly below in line with the return line as shown below.

STEP 3:

Deburr and rivet.
The two top (highest) lines are the vent lines. The lower lines are the feed lines.
The header tank Lh side lines go to the Rh fuel tank and the Rh side lines go to the Lh tank. This is so the rubber lines have a larger arc and do not collapse as easily.

​NOTE: This collapsing of the fuel lines should be checked on annual inspections.
