This Sump Drain Access Panel gives you easy access to your sump drain and fuel line connections for inspections. This product also includes all the mounting hardware and fasteners needed to make this a quick and easy installation! The panel also has a built-in angle to mount the Header Tank close-out panel.
THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH VERSION 5 FUSELAGES.

​INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

First, using the panel as a guide, drill #20 holes in the cover panel and into the existing Zenith interior paneling. Cleco as you drill to be sure nothing shifts. Then, upsize to #30 holes.

STEP 2:

Remove panel and clecos and, using one of the supplied anchor nuts as a guide, drill #40 holes for rivets. Then, rivet the anchor nuts in place as shown below.
Now simply fasten the plate down using the provided screws.
