This Oil Cooler and Mounting Kit mounts to the newly tested and designed Skytek engine Cowling.

Installation Instructions:

Step 1:

​Assemble the two rivets in each top bracket. Detailed instructions for this step are available by clicking the button below:

Step 2:

Drill the cowling 1/4" mount hole in both Right-Hand and Left-Hand upper bracket assembly.
​Now drill the 1/4" mounting holes for the cowl in the lower brackets:

Step 3:

​Clamp all four brackets in place and Position radiator to cowl  verify a even clearance between the cowl and the Radiator. 
Be sure the matting surfaces are flush against the cowl.

Then mark the attachment hole positions using a pen.  
Remove and review your marks to be sure it is level and even:

Step 4:

​Drill 1/4" holes in cowl for bracket attachment as shown below:

Step 5:

​Scribe for #10 holes in brackets:
Assemble as per lay of pieces:

Step 6:

Bolt in position on radiator:

Step 7:

​Install using supplied 1/4 turn fasteners & attach your fully assembled Oil Cooler w/ brackets onto your Cowling.
