This kit includes the following items:

Installation instructions:

Step 1:

​Follow the steps on this video:

Step 2:

Attach and tighten your Coolant Radiator (using the supplied rubber mounts: S47-1RM)  onto your upper radiator support (SFF 19). (Note: The upper radiator support (SFF 19 is shown upside down on this image below. Please correct this on your specific aircraft!) Tighten with your supplied Self-Locking Nuts: SNZ6MM.
​Put together your lower rad to fuselage straps (SFF 17) and then attach them onto your Coolant Radiator as shown below:
​Hold Radiator parallel to firewall. The two straps, SFF 17 (Lower Rad to Fuselage Straps) will pick up on the two outboard holes shown on gear attachment.

Step 3:

Now mark out the location to drill the holes in your lower radiator to fuselage straps! Holding straps in position with coolant Radiator parallel to firewall, scribe and mark the holes so that you can drill them!
​Remove the straps, then drill those holes that you just scribed out on your piece.

Step 4:

​Trim and install the straps onto your new Coolant (water) Radiator.
Now, with a helper, Install the remaining nuts and bolts onto the bracket shown below:
Note: There should only be about 1-3 threads sticking out from the bottom of the nut!
