This Expansion Bottle Bracket Mounting Assembly Kit gives you all the materials for mounting your expansion bottle onto your firewall! The supporting bracket is made of stainless steel and uses a stainless steel clamp. Simple and quick installation with all fasteners, Expansion Bottle, and hose Included!

​INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Layout for cap access.
Deburr.  This hole is so you can insert a funnel to add coolant.  It can be smaller.
Layout for Expansion Bottle Bracket position.  the new Skytek firewall for the 915/916 will have a horizontal measurement of about 122mm

STEP 2:

​Position Bottom of bracket & Drill #30 For Mounting with A4 Rivets.

STEP 3:

Deburr & Rivet In Place.
