This 1/2" Hard Fuel Line Assembly Kit provides all the plumbing to go from your fuel tanks to your header tank. It includes fuel and vent lines, fittings, clamps, and grommets.
WARNING: Do not mistake our straight 5052 fuel line with the inferior 3000 Series roll tubing.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE

STEP 1:
Layout for drilling of the Vent line passage through the outboard fuel tank wing rib, as shown below.
See below for the layout of drilling the Vent Line passage through the rear spar.
Below is the layout for the fuel feed line passage through the rear spar.
STEP 2:
Pilot drill the hole for the vent line through the rib and verify its alignment to the fuel tank vent outlet. See below.
Drill for the vent line passage through the rear spar to 19mm diameter.
Drill the rear spar for the fuel feed line (PN: SFS 26a).
STEP 3:
Install the Grommet for the Vent line in the spar, as shown below.
Install CG-63 for the fuel line and sending wires.
Grommets may be used instead.
