Tired of that kinking coolant hose? Then this is the option for you! This Water Pump Extension will allow your coolant hose to run free and clear of your engine mounts and will prevent kinking of your coolant line. This extension is machined out of aircraft grade aluminum and is anodized red. This extension is machined with a O-ring groove and comes complete with an O-ring and all other mounting hardware.

Installation Instructions:
Step 1:
Install O-ring into groove on Water Pump Extension as shown below:
Step 2:
Add 2 lock washers, one to each bolt and add 2 regular washers, one to each bolt as per diagram below:
Step 3:
Put bolts through 90 degree outlet, supplied with your Rotax engine in the middle hole setting.
Step 4:
Run bolts through your extension and torque to 90in. lbs. onto your engine.
