This product is also available in right- and left-hand versions, with an option for holes drilled and tapped for our Low Fuel Warning Sensor kit (SLFS 40AK). A close-out panel for the bottom (Links: Version 1 to 4 Fuselage or Version 5 Fuselage) is recommended to avoid catching things on the lower fuel lines.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
STEP 2:
Drill 7/8" holes in your floor for the 3/8" fuel line that will be run in a straight line from the Header Tank Drain to the sump inlet.
NOTE 1: The hole may require elongation; also do the same for the return line.
NOTE 2: Drill the hole directly below in line with the return line as shown below.

STEP 3:
Deburr and rivet.
The two top (highest) lines are the vent lines. The lower lines are the feed lines.
The header tank Lh side lines go to the Rh fuel tank and the Rh side lines go to the Lh tank. This is so the rubber lines have a larger arc and do not collapse as easily.
NOTE: This collapsing of the fuel lines should be checked on annual inspections.
