This High-Volume Performance Fine Mesh Gascolator comes ready to install with a specially designed gascolator. This is not an ordinary gascolator and shouldn't be confused with one. It is specially designed to accommodate the high fuel flow requirements of Rotax Injected Engines. The included Gascolator Bracket Kit is designed to mount your High-Volume Performance Gascolator onto your firewall.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

​Layout and drill for fuel sediment bowl inlet. 
​Layout and drill mounting bracket flange.
NOTE: The same measurements are used for all engine installation packages.
​Layout top of bracket measuring from firewall shown below. 
​Place grommet into hole and insert the fitting into the firewall through the grommet. 

STEP 2:

​Bolt the Gascolator to the top of the bracket. Position the bracket flange vertically and drill the flange to the firewall. 

STEP 3:

​Deburr and rivet to firewall and reinstall gascolator with bolts and washers. 
NOTE: The above picture shows installed on the Ace package with a chin swoop.
