This Fuel Filter & Mounting Kit mounts the fuel filter in an accessible location on the right-hand side of the firewall. This product could easily be mounted in other locations if desired!
Includes all fittings to connect to your Flexible Fuel Lines.
NOTE: In order to properly install this kit (without interference) this kit must be installed on a Skytek firewall for 915/916 installations.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
HINT: BEFORE INSTALLING THIS, PERMANENTLY have the INTERCOOLER MOUNTED and the INTERCOOLER BOX FIT AND MOUNTED, as it will be easier to drill and install the screws for the intercooler box with the fuel filter assembly, not in position).
Drill holes in the firewall as per the layout photos below. Use the Rh firewall stiffener and the firewall bottom as measuring points.

NOTE: The newest firewalls have a slight depression in the firewall where the fuel filter rails are attached to provide additional clearance.
STEP 2:
Assemble as per the exploded diagram below.
Depending upon the fuel pressure transducer you use, you may have to drill and thread the hole to fit. Be sure to clean all chips out. Rotax now recommends installing it on the Lh side of the engine.
