This is a HEAVY DUTY engine mount rubber kit with all the hardware required to attach your Truss Mount to the Ring Mount of your Zenith 750. We provide LORD brand mounts with this kit.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2:
Fit and cut the provided ring mount and engine mount reflective tape shields per the photos below.
NOTE: We have found that this area gets hot, and the glue may not hold, so wrap the reflective tape with a couple of wraps of lock wire to keep it in position should the glue fail.

STEP 3:
Attach your engine ring mount to the engine mount using the parts shown in the order below. Torque to 450-500 inch lbs or 38-41 foot lbs.
NOTE: On the last aircraft we did, we found that the new lord mounts had a larger steel washer on the end that goes into the engine mount than the ones we initially measured when ordering the engine mount rings. We had to grind and file it down to fit in the mount rings. You may have to do that as well. Do not let the rubber mount get hot. Grind a little on each mount till it gets warm then move to the next one. Once they all fit, run a smooth file around them to make them smooth.
This shows the bottom mounts specifically.
NOTE: DO NOT use any of the hardware used for mounting the engine during shipment. This includes the nut for the bottom mounts that may be attached with spot welds or a wire.

The top mounts are the same as the lower mounts except that instead of the stamped reflective washer, there will be a thin washer that goes against the rubber mount and against the ring mount, as per the photo below.
Remember to torque your engine mount to ring mount bolts!
