INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Install the two aluminum mounting angles to the engine mount with the provided bolts.
Bolt the intercooler to the mounting brackets.
Fit the intercooler 45-degree hoses between the intercooler and the turbo and fit the bulb hose between the intercooler and the over pressure relief valve. NOTE: You will need to carefully trim these hoses a little at a time until you get it right.
Install clamps on hoses. Tighten bolts holding intercooler to mount angles and hose clamps on connecting hoses.
The intercooler is now mounted.
