Note: Feed line will be cut in 3 pieces. The long one will be approximately 6'8", the medium one will be approximately 1', and the short one will be approximately 4". After step 3, cut the long feed line as needed.
Using a wrench, attach your straight fitting (S8400604) onto your new Fuel Selector as shown:
Then put your worm gear clamp (MH5) onto your long feed line and attach onto your straight fitting (S8400604) and tighten securely.
Route the other end of the long fuel feed line to your Sump Drain via this route. Just hit the play button on the top left corner. (This route is only our recommendation. You may route these lines in another configuration if you wish.)
At this point, cut your long line as needed (should be approximately 6'8") and attach to your Fuel Sump Drain.
Now it is time to set up the short feed line. First, cut about 1 foot off the rest of the line that is currently not in use. Put worm gear clamp on that line that you have just cut, and then push another straight fitting onto one end. Tighten worm gear clamp.
Then go to the other end of your medium sized piece and install your 90 degree fitting.
Now attach the straight fitting end onto the bottom of your Fuel Selector:
Now it is time to build the short Feed Line part of the Feed Line Kit. Take your short Feed line from the medium size hose (Step 5), which should be about 4", and attach it onto the top inlet on your Sump Drain using the included worm gear clamp. Note: The other end will go into your Header Tank (SFS 10AK). The worm gear clamp for the Header Tank inlet is included in the Header Tank Assembly Kit.
