This 1/2" Hard Fuel Line Assembly Kit provides all the plumbing to go from your fuel tanks to your header tank! It includes fuel and vent lines, fittings, clamps, and grommets!
Warning: Do not mistake our straight 5052 fuel line with the inferior 3000 Series roll tubing!

Installation Instructions:

Step 1:

​Layout for drilling of Vent line passage through outboard fuel tank wing rib as shown in the photo below:
​Layout for drilling of Vent Line passage through rear spar:
Layout for the fuel feed line passage through rear spar:

Step 2:

Pilot drill hole for vent line through rib and verify alignment to fuel tank vent outlet:
​Drill for vent line passage through rear spar to 19mm dia.
Drill rear spar for fuel feed line (PN: SFS 26a)

Step 3:

Install Grommet for Vent line in spar as shown below:
Install CG-63 for fuel line & sending wires.
