This Garmin EMU Mounting Bracket Assembly Kit is made for mounting the Garmin GEA 24 EMU to the aft side of your firewall. Note: You only need this kit if you are not using the Stock Flight Systems EMU that we sell.

Installation Instructions:

Step 1:

Mount one of the two EMU mounting brackets onto the aft side of your firewall in the upper position using 5 of the ten rivets provided.
Note: Both brackets are the same, it doesn't matter which one is upper or lower.

The arrow is pointing to the upper bracket which is hidden by your Garmin EMU.

Step 2:

Screw your Garmin EMU onto the bottom bracket and then screw it onto the already installed upper bracket (which you did in Step 1). At this point, it should look like the picture below (except for the bottom bracket being installed).
Note: Both brackets are the same, it doesn't matter which one is upper or lower.

Step 3:

​Drill holes through both the bottom bracket and your firewall. Install using the remaining 5 provided rivets.
