Complete oil line kit forward of the firewall. All lines are cut to length you just assemble them.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
There are 6 lines in this kit
Line 1
There are 6 lines in this kit. The shortest black lie is the oil tank vent line and can be installed on tank (held on with a hose clamp) and run down the firewall to where the third rivet inboard of the engine mount through the lower edge of the firewall would be. This hole is drilled up to #10. The supplied clamp, screw and nut are used to hold line in place using this hole. a small hole is installed on the aft side of the hose immediately below the hose clamp to allow air to escape should the end freeze over. That is one of 6 lines installed.
LINE 2 and 3
The next two half inch lines run from the oil tank to the bottom sides of the crank case. The longer one goes to the Rh side. Heat one end of each hose up and install a 45 degree fitting supplied. Using air pressure to blow the fire sleeve up slide the fire sleeves down the hoses. Repeat by installing the second 45 degree fitting on the end. Center fire sleeve. Install a stainless tie wrap on each end to hold fire sleeve in position. cut tie wrap off and bend down so it does not get snagged on anything. I find using a pliers to pull on the end of tie wrap and a small pick slid in the end of the holding end works good to get them tight.
RH Side engine connection. Its hard to get the fitting started.

4th Hose
This is the smallest of the hoses. It connects to the banjo fitting supplied in the kit and to the other banjo fitting on the oil pump supplied with your engine. Run the fire sleeve over the hose and clamp with the two hose clamps supplied. This holds fire sleeve and hose to banjo fittings. The plug is removed from the oil tank and the banjo bolt removed from the oil pump is used to secure the banjo fitting to the tank. There should be a copper washer between each steel piece for a gasket. Verify that the bolt goes tight with finger pressure. There are two thicknesses of copper washers and if you have thin washers the bolt may bottom out before it is tight on the banjo fitting. In this case add the washer from the plug (and a 3/8 aircraft steel washer in between) if the one copper washer does not work on its own. This should be enough to keep the bolt from bottoming out before the fitting is tight.be sure the extra washer(s) are placed on the thread side of the bolt not the head side as it could restrict oil flow by restricting the holes in the banjo bolt. The other end gets the long banjo bolt supplied in your kit and a spacer also supplied. Be sure to use a copper washer between each of the steel pieces as a gasket. Once again verify bolt does not bottom out before the banjo fitting is tight. below front of hose at oil pump.

5tTH & 6 TH HOSES
Both of these hoses get a straight fitting on one end. Insert the fittings and install the fire sleeve. The longest one gets the 90 degree fitting and the short one gets the 45 degree fitting. Install them on the hoses, stainless tie wrap the fire sleeves as before. the 90 degree fitting is attached to the oil tank as in the picture above and runs down the Lh side of the cylinders under the prop shaft to the oil cooler. The short hose is attached to the 90 degree fitting shown in the picture below which is attached to the engine Rh side. crosses under the prop shaft to the Lh side of the oil cooler.
The oil radiator is attached at the front and connects to oil hoses by way of the special banjo fasteners supplied. Note Clamp for holding long oil hose in above picture. It is attached to threaded hole in cylinder head with a washer and lock washer then clamped around the hose with a piers. You will probably have to trim some off the length of the stainless clamp.
